Study data in your browser

Saved vocabulary, preferences and supported practice records use local browser storage. They are not a cloud account. Export or delete them in Settings & data. Clearing browser storage can remove them.

Text processed by tools

When you use a dictionary, reader, converter or related tool, the input is sent to the site server for processing. These tools do not intentionally save your text as a learning profile. Normal server access and error logs can record IP addresses, timestamps, URLs and technical information. A lookup placed in a URL may appear in an access log. Logs are rotated by the server and retained for up to 30 days.

DeepSeek requests

The writing assistant sends your submitted prompt and a limited recent chat history to DeepSeek. Its service terms and privacy practices apply to that processing. Avoid confidential or sensitive material. The site stores aggregate daily request and token counts, and short-lived rate-limit counters, to control cost and abuse.

Microphone and files

Pronunciation recordings are handled in the browser for playback and comparison. The site does not intentionally upload those recordings. Imported subtitle and vocabulary files are read in your browser; text may be sent to the language engine when you request analysis. An image chosen for a poster stays in the browser unless you separately share the exported result.

Messages

The contact form stores your name, email address and message in the private WordPress administration area. Messages are kept for up to 12 months unless needed to resolve an ongoing request. Ask by email if you want a message removed.

Cookies and advertising

The current site loads no advertising or analytics scripts. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login. Local storage supports the study features you use. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before those scripts are enabled.

Your choices

You can use most tools without giving a name or email. Delete local study records in Settings, decline microphone permission, and avoid the connected assistant if you do not want a prompt sent to its provider. Contact us about access to or deletion of a form message.
